We are Supipa and Kishan, met in 1995, married since 2005, and been a real estate team since 2018. We pride ourselves on taking a personalized approach to every client, and work closely with each client to understand their unique needs and preferences. We believe that success is strongly measured by the satisfaction of clients, so the fact that our clients become our friends eventually, says a lot about the relationships we build.
We love being a part of the community, so in our free time you will find us hosting cultural events, supporting local sports teams and just helping wherever and whenever we can.

As a real estate professional, I understand that buying or selling a home is complex and deeply personal, and that it’s one of the biggest investments in a person’s life. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and strive every day to exceed their expectations. I am first and foremost committed to listening and understanding my clients needs, and making sure they are treated the way I would want to be treated. I’m communicative, thorough and detail-oriented, and together with my keen negotiating skills, I ensure my clients always have a successful transaction.
I graduated from the University of Western Sydney, Australia with a Master’s of Business Administration, then found my way to Canada in 2009 with my husband and 1 year old son. I started my career in Canada in retail banking, and in the fall of 2015 became a licensed Realtor, with the goal of doing meaningful work and helping people achieve their life goals.
I work with a team of professional experts including mortgage lenders, lawyers, home inspectors, home stagers and contractors to offer a complete and client centric solution to my buyers and sellers.
Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community. I dedicate my personal time and share personal connections to help new immigrants settle into their new life in Canada.

2018 was the start of my real estate career and I have never looked back since. I graduated in 2003 with a major in Mathematics, followed by a Masters degree from the Heriott Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. My career before real estate was highly analytical and data driven, so when it comes to real estate this means that I always dig deep to identify trends, patterns and opportunities. I leave no stone unturned when analyzing the data, and making sure that my clients have all they need to make an informed decision.
Having lived in many countries throughout my life has made me highly adaptable and given me the ability to understand the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds. Being an immigrant myself, I especially enjoy working with new immigrants who need that extra guidance and advice throughout the home buying process.
During my free time I love playing badminton, cricket, volleyball and rugby. As you can see, I love sports and the connections it creates with others.
